Great. 5 stars. Wonderful communicator. Very helpful with travel suggestions. Up front in all van pro's (and minimal con's). Responsive before and during trip. Very well thought out van design. Would highly recommend, and book again

Loren was super helpful even when my flight into Phoenix came in late at night. Easy pick up and drop off. Van was definitely serviceable and met all my needs. Wish it had AC as I did roast when the overnight was 90 degrees but that’s nobody’s fault except for humanity in general and global warning I suppose.

Our trip was amazing, and our time with the van was awesome. Loren and the team did a great job with the build, as everything was well-thought out and practical. The van handled great, made good mileage, and was comfortable and cozy. It was our first time using Outdoorsy to rent one of these, and it will not be our last! Loren made the process efficient and flexible, and I hope to work with him again on our next trip out here. Thanks!!

My husband and I enjoyed our "van life" experience very much! Loren and Tom were very helpful, communicative, and made the overall experience one I would do again. I will definitely be sharing their company with friends and family looking to do a trip themselves.

From the time we reserved the van with Loren to the time we dropped the van back off to Tom, this was an amazing trip. We'd talked about visiting the Grand Canyon for years. We reached a point in our lives where we couldn't put it off any longer. Setting up the reservation was easy, and Loren was able to answer any questions we had quickly. After months of anticipation, we finally made the flight out to Arizona where we met Tom. Like Loren, Tom was easy to communicate with and made us feel at ease. The RAM ProMaster van was set up in a way that made us feel like we were basically at home. Our little camper trailer back home has taught us to be sparing, but this van had enough fresh water for our needs and the solar power impressed us with how well it kept things charged up. We had what we needed to get through the days that we traveled from Phoenix, to Sedona, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. There was beauty all along the way. We really needed this trip, and we are so fortunate to have dealt with such kind, decent people.
