Jim was great. We'd reserved a Class A with him a while before our planned trip. 2 or 3 days before the trip - with friends flying driving in from around the country - the rig we'd booked suffered a breakdown 4 states away, and because there was a large music festival planned for the weekend of our trip there weren't any alternatives available within a 3 state radius. He was scrambling and doing his best to find a replacement for us and luckily the day before our planned departure he let us know that a reservation someone had made for a much nicer RV than the one we'd reserved had fallen through and that we coukd have it at the same price as our original reservation. The mew one had a generator issue that was being worked on but he was super communicative about it and was able to get us on the road not much later than we'd originally planned. I'll definitely be looking his was first for the next RV trip I plan.

Year in year out the same thing, they just take care of whatever you need and would like to have in the RV they do whatever they can to get it for you and that is priceless definitely recommend

I’m a repeat client. That says a lot alone. James and Jon go out of their way to make your vacation special. Their coaches are top of the line. There are always little things that come up but their communication is top notch. I’m already looking forward to planning my next trip with Premier.

This was our first time renting RV w Premier and from start to finish the experience was seamless. We rented one for the Army Navy game at Met Life. James arranged it all with starting with RV being already set up in the lot w all amenities (chairs, grill, tables, cornhole, firepit & wood etc) that we could possibly want. We just brought the food & family! Throughout the day Jonathan, Tiffany & Ray were attentive and yet not intrusive to our tailgate keeping the fire going and helping out with ANYTHING we needed.
When you arrange these family get togethers you always hope for a memorable experience. Premier RV helped deliver that and more with their OUTSTANDING RV & SERVICE. Literally we received texts the next day saying what a great experience. There is no question next time we want to use an RV, James at Premier will be our go to!

I rented this RV for the Army v. Navy game and had an excellent experience. I've been renting RVs for the game for over a decade and this is by far the best experience that my group has had. The owner was very knowledgeable about getting in line and setting up the RV in the parking lot. I didn't have to do any of that; just show up and the RV was already positioned with the tables, chairs, etc.
The workers who accompanied the RV were fantastic! They checked with us periodically to ensure that everything was fine and turned up the heat when needed. They were present but not overbearing!
I'd highly recommend Premier to any of my family or friends.

Words can’t say enough how amazing the trip was. James, the owner of this company was very thoughtful and prepared everything we needed in this already luxury coach. Our lovely driver John is such a wonderful and kind person - he helped every little details we needed, and well planned everything for us, can’t imaging the trip without him and his care!!

I couldn’t recommend this company more! The RV was so beautiful I felt like I was on a spaceship. In pristine condition, fully stocked with everything we could have needed and MORE (can I say waffle maker)! You literally don’t need to bring anything besides your clothes and toiletries... they have the rest! It was clean and cozy, and even provided board games which our family played on a rainy evening when we couldn’t build a fire. I don’t have one bad thing I could possibly say about this company or the way we were treated and accommodated from beginning to end of the entire rental process. If you’re looking for optimal luxury, on wheels, at an affordable price (sooo worth it) THIS IS YOUR COACH!!!

JIm was easy to deal with, went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable in every way possible. The RV was beyond impressive... well maintained, clean, luxury is not even the word it was just an awesome experience from start to finish, looking forward to using him again.
