I would give it five stars but we had a few issues with the furnace which I notified them about. It was great dealing with the people, my only issue was with the camper itself.

Our company's RV rental was seamless and wonderful! Was used for a long haul trip with multiple people. Was the perfect size, drove easily, and was fantastic for our needs! Would 1000% book again.

We had a few issues with our RV the night before leaving town. We reached our to our contact Kim and she was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to swap out our unit for a different RV. The replacement worked great for our trip. Having the few issues with the first RV was inconveniences, the customer service offered by Road Adventures what exceptional!! We will absolutely be a retuning customer next year!

This was a terrible experience. I made a reservation for an RV that sleeps 6 and was told the day of the trip something was wrong with the RV and we either had to take a smaller RV or cancel our whole trip. We took the smaller RV which was a disaster. The fridge wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working. There weren’t enough beds and the food spoiled. When I dropped it off, Kim told me that she couldn’t do anything else with our contract until her manager came in the following Thursday. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from them at all. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend.
