Host was great. Pickup and drop off was easy.
We ran out of water within the first 24hrs so not sure if the tank was all the way full when picked up even though they said it was. We only washed dishes and used the bathroom, no showers, so no way we used up 45 gallons that quick with a few bowls and 3 cups. Either way, inconvenient to pack it all up and go get more water.
None the less, great trip.
My pickup feedback would be to make sure we get a little more of a run down with things before taking off. My wife asked a bunch of questions but still didn't feel like we knew enough about how to operate to handle the camper. Luckily, the other people we were with knew more about it than we did because they had their own camper so helped out.

Each year we seen to have a couple problems, but each year they do their best to remedy the problems. If there was another company that offered this same service, we might look elsewhere; but since there is not, we'll likely be a return customer again.

The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and it said that the black tank was full when we got it. I'm not sure if that was broken or if we had the previous person's sewer😕

These guys were great! The reservation went great. A couple small hiccups in the beginning with the AC and fridge but they drove an hour and a half each way to fix the issues. They even went above and beyond to repair my buddies truck that broke down on the side of the road. Highly recommend! Will for sure rent from these guys again.

he rental process was smooth and easy enough and the reason any stars are given but the disappointment began when the trip began. The trailer arrived prior to us with no instructions left. It was locked so we had to search for the key, we didn’t know how to operate the A/C or the generator. Also, the stabilizers were not set up when delivered so my son had to do that for us. The trailer itself was absolutely filthy. There is no way it was cleaned prior to our use. There was broken glass on the floor, the tank had not been emptied as it was nearly full when we received it, the mattress covers were absolutely disgusting with large yellow stains on them. When I paid the $30 linen charge, I expected clean linens. The coffee pot still had a filter and old coffee grounds in it. Knowing it wasn’t cleaned prior to our use made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We were thrilled to have found a place like Garvins that would deliver the trailer for us, but that convenience unfortunately is where the positives end. We will search for another company or private party to provide a trailer for our next camping trip. If you would like pictures of any of the above mentioned, feel free to ask.

Communication on the campers delayed delivery time was poor. I received an initial call letting me know the delivery would be delayed by 2 hours and we should expect the camper to arrive at 5:00 pm. At 6:30 pm the camper was not delivered I started to get worried as I was with my family with young kids and still no camper. I called both the cell phone and main number repeatedly and left messages. Finally I got through to some one and they did not know that the camper still had not been delivered. I received a call back letting me know that the delivery driver had car issues and would be there with the camper shortly. They did arrive and set up the camper, they could not have been nicer. Just wish the communication was better.

Having it dropped off and picked up was wonderful, it made our trip stress-free and relaxing! Our whole family loved them and we will use them again. 100% Reccomend!
