I currently rent my Class B 1982 westfalia for local excursions around British Columbia. Its perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 people around British Columbia It is equipped with all the basic necessities and so much more. Felix was responding fast to our questions before getting to Vancouver. His place is quite central and very easy to access from the airport by Sky train. He took the time to show us around the car and made sure we were at ease with this old and iconic manual camper.
The car cruises at a top speed of 90 km/h so we had the time to observe the superb view of the sea to sky highway. It was clean, well maintained mechanic-wise and comfortable to sleep in.
It is a little bit pricey compared to other choices on outdoorsy but if you like the look of this vintage flashy Westfalia it is a great opportunity to create beautiful memories in an emblematic camper.
One thing to note, we came by plane so we didn't have any sleeping bag or camping equipments. If you are in the same situation, I'd say don't hesitate to ask Felix for a blanket, maybe a couple of camping chair and a saucepan.
Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible few days driving around Vancouver Island in Sunshine. She is a true joy to drive! We spent our days driving up and down the coast and our evenings at campsites and wish we could have stayed for a few more days. We met so many people who stopped us simply to admire her!
