Amazing custom toy hauler with a 16 foot garage (203 by 78 Inches) 6 floor D rings, side patio, amazing stereo system inside and out, bright flood lights surrounding the coach, 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Wifi with booster as an add-on. Complete off the grid coach, perfect to dry camp with your toys in the desert. Huge 2600 watt solar system, 150 gallon fresh water tank, 3000 watt inverter, yes you can run the ac on batteries (for a few hours) 1 private queen bed in the front and 2 queen beds in the rear. Toaster, coffee maker plates, pots, pans, cutlery, linens included for use. Unlimited generator use, comes with a full tank of gasoline. Renter must fill up tank or there will be a $40 fill up charge no matter how much fuel was used. Dry weight is 8500 pounds, cargo weight of 3000 pounds. Awning IS NOT Available FOR USE DUE TO Consistantly Being Damaged! HD truck is Required to pull this unit.Don't have a toy to put in the toy hauler, or have friends that want to go riding but they don't have a UTV? I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess. Have had an RV for over 10 years, currently full time RV in a 42 foot 5th wheel! I use my 30 foot toy hauler to take my race car to the drag strip, my X3 to the desert, and dry camp at the beach to enjoy the scenery. All of my RV's have off grid capabilities such as solar, extra batteries, extra water storage, and a generator, so go out there and don't worry about hooking up!

We had an AMAZING trip, thanks to David and his toy hauler! It was perfect for me and 4 other friends on our trip to Emma wood state beach. Stereo system inside and out for music, lights on the outside perfect for nighttime, spacious beds, clean bathroom. I think we could have easily fit 2 more people with us if we wanted to. David was super communicative and easy to work with. The trip was just amazing. I cannot recommend him and his rentals enough, seriously!!
