The 2014 Chrysler Town & Country 4 door wagon van is a perfect choice for your Alaskan adventure. It has inside storage space underneath the bed, below the rear kitchen and other areas inside the van. Additional storage for linens pillows, comforters, etc. Depending upon model, may iclude a pop up roof tent with accessible ladder.This unit is a passenger van with two seats up front and two seats that fold into the floor for storage. The maximum seating is for four people and the sleeping capacity is either 2 or 4. The rear cabin has a folding conversion bed rated for two adults. The optional upper tent sleeper opens up to allow sleeping for two adults using an accessible ladder for getting up and down. Depending upon model rented. Ask About this option.The windows have curtains around the bed/sleeping area to provide privacy. For ventilation the rear side windows slide down and magnetic mosquito netting is included for ventilation without the bugs.Van comes equipped with a built in refrigerator operated from the ecosystem battery/AC inverter system. The auxiliary battery bank needs to be recharged daily by idling, driving, or plugging into campsite power, we provide an extension cord for hooking up. Van customization was great - met our needs and everything well thought out and easy to use. Amenities such as camp chairs, linens, dishes, etc., included some thoughtful items such as extra propane canisters, bug spray, etc. We encountered a small issue with the battery not charging, but staff were very communicative by text and helped us try to troubleshoot, and ultimately fixed it for us at their shop mid-trip. Would highly recommend the Alaska Family Motor Homes for their equipment and their customer service!
