Please request in advance and additional charges will apply.Furthermore, this RV is equipped with a freshwater hose and a sewage disposal hose. I provide disposable rubbers gloves, complementarily.No smoking in RV. No climbing on roof. No driving on gravel or sand roads, occasional side road okay. No fish processing in RV.Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day, that is why is it important that you bring the RV back to us by 11AM so the next guest can rent it without any delays.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. Really no complaints. RF was adequately cleaned. Everything needed for basics was there and clean. Bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans
Only thing I wasn’t sure of was how well the rv was disinfected
Staff at check in and check out was very helpful and accommodating
We returned rig five minutes past designated hour of return and he did not charge us for an additional hour. That so appreciated. That alone would convince me to use alaskarv.com again.

My RV (Phoebe) didn't leak! That's all I ask. But it also came with everything described. And the office is only about 15 minutes from the airport, the staff were nice and professional. RV was in decent shape. Overall we had a great experience in Alaska and the RV was a big factor.
