• If when return unit has not been properly empty/dump a $100 dumping fee will be taken from security deposit
• Please properly dispose of any trash and pick up after pets, any excessive cleaning that will have to be done will result a $150 cleaning fee taken from deposit.
• Please do not flush the following down the toilet (sanitary napkins, regular toilet paper, or wipes) a trash can is provided for you in the restroom.
• PLEASE NO STANDING ON THE ROOF as we have solar panels that might get damage.
• If when return unit has not been properly empty/dump a $100 dumping fee will be taken from security deposit
