Equipped with shock absorbers and stabilizer bars and rear cam, this 30-foot RV drives like a big ol' van. Roomy shower across from the bathroom, three-burner stove, nice size fridge, queen bed in the back, full bed over the cab, extra room in the living area. Of course, there's AC, a Max fan, and a reliable generator. The RV is also equipped with a tow package. This is just a good, family RV, nothing luxurious, but everything works, and you'll have a great time.Note: This is our family RV, which we rent out when we're not using. It's a great camper but has some quirks we inherited from the previous owners, some of which we intend, eventually, to change/fix. For example, the dinette table was removed and the cushions replaced with homemade ones. They are comfortable, but not as nice as the original. The couch was removed and replaced with a nice, large, moveable, foldable wooden kitchen table. You can use this or leave it if you want more space. The original owners also removed the microwave, and we have chosen not to replace it but to use the space where it was as a convenient spot to keep kitchen stuff (when not in transit). The original owners also hung up a lot of things on the walls, some of which we took down, some of which they took down. So there are small holes in some of the walls that, eventually, we will maybe cover with new wallpaper or decorations. They make no difference whatsoever in the operation of the RV. Likewise, there are a couple of small holes in the floor where the couch used to be attached.We could keep this RV off the rental market until we restore it to something more elegant, but since all of this is basically cosmetic, we've decided to rent to folks who are okay with a "red dot" RV. And, of course, we've priced it accordingly.Pickup and drop off from Thursday morning to Friday at 2 pm and on Sundays. We had an amazing weekend as a family of 4 with 2 dogs. We had plenty of space and we could do/cook anything we wanted. The host were amazing and we definitely want to rent again!

We had an excellent experience with Tom’s RV. The communication was great and Tom was flexible with pick up and drop off. The RV itself is a little older, but overall very comfortable and our family had a good time driving it to Cloudland Canyon State Park. The listing was accurate . Enough space space for family of 5. Driving was comfortable. We would rent again.
