2022 Grand Design XLS
This Imagine XLS is easy to tow and has a very spacious floor plan. Full sofa with end recliners, could sleep 2 in the recliners if wanted. 1 slide out, large rear bath, queen master bed room with tons of storage. Equipped with electric 12volt fridge, propane stove, electric microwave, 1 AC, fresh water holding tank, electric awning, and manual stabilizer jacksDelivery & pick up available within reasonable distance and availability. Message for a quote.

The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV)Note: !!!!!!!!!!
Tow vehicle must be capable of towing 7000lbs or more. Weight Distrabution Hitch Will BE Provided. When requesting your booking, please provide your tow vehicle information! Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a class 3 tow hitch and have trailer brake controller with a 7 pin connector. We do have blue tooth electric trailer brake controller you can rent for $25.00Pick up time starts at 10:00AM and Return time is by 4:00PM. Late fees will apply. ($50 per hour late, after 4 hours late, an addition nights charge will be added.A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option!No smoking of any kind allowed in the RV. Any evidence of being smoke it will result in forfeit of complete deposit and additional cleaning fees.We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
