This highly sought after Winnebago View is one of the best in its class and is practically brand new. The easy driving and comfort of this RV will keep you at ease on the road focus more and sight seeing and fun with the family VS fighting to drive. This RV is 25 FT in length but has a full wall slide out maximizing your living space. Overhead full sized bed loft with access ladder, U-shaped dinette that makes into full sized bed, In the rear is a sofa murphy bed. Sofa during the day, pull down for a queen sized bed at night. Rear bathroom with upgraded porcelain toilet, (yes that's right, your roughing it!) TV, microwave oven, gas cook top, fridge/freezer, Diesel generator, fresh water holding tank, a stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, and many upgraded features on this loaded out RV. Auto leveling jacks, tow hitch, electric awing and much more.What's included???
The RV will be supplied with basic kitchen cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, Coffee maker, kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap bottle, dish sponge, hotel style hand soap, Bath towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, Trash cans with 2 trash bags, Power cord and adapters, water hose, sewer hose, and leveling blocks. (Note:Bedding is not included with the RV) Bedding can be added for an additional $45 upon request.This a NON Smoking rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1200 deposit and will not be refunded.Towing:
Towing a small trailer or vehicle is allowed, please notify me what will be towed.Pick UP Time: is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved for early pick up.
Return Time: Is at 4:00 PM Additional late fees will apply unless approved prior.
Pick up and drop off times can me flexible with prior approval.We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
