2004 Keystone Everest
This spacious 5th wheel camper is located within minutes of Fish Lake, Boulder Mountain, Thousand Lake Mountain, and Capitol Reef National Park. Big windows in the living area allow you to take in the beautiful scenery. Upstairs there is a queen mattress with a cooling memory foam topper and a closet with Lots of storage space. Also located in the nose of the camper is the big shower, sink, and toilet. In the main living area there is a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen. equipped with There is enough seating in the main area to comfortably host a gathering of 8 people. The sofa in the main area also reclines into a bed. There is no TV or entertainment system in this camper. We encourage you to be outdoors, instead of inside watching TV (you can do that at home anyways, right?) The AC, water pump, water heater, and heater work. The forced air furnace has been replaced with a catalytic style heater, which works much more efficiently and will keep you warm all night. The solar panels on the roof charge the batteries during the day. NO Pets, NO Smoking. In the large outdoor storage compartment you will find a Traeger Grill, small bag of pellets, 2 camp chairs, folding table, camp chef 2 burner propane stove, dutch oven, skillet, 1800 Watt generator, extra propane tank, propane firepit with roasting sticks. Within 45 minutes you can be fishing for lake trout and enjoying the cool mountain air at Fish Lake, to exploring the red rock beauty of Capitol Reef. There are endless hiking, biking, UTV/ATV trails to explore. You could easily park the camper in a central location and explore the mountains and the desert. With so many options to choose from, you would have to come back numerous times to see even just a tiny glimpse of what this area has to offer. The fresh water tank (56 gallons) will be full when you start renting, and once you run out it will be your responsibility to get more, unless other arrangements have been made. The 2 grey water and 1 black sewer tank will need to be emptied and flushed before returning the camper. If not, a tank cleaning fee of $100 will be taken from your deposit. If we find out that pets have been in the camper, $100 will be taken from your deposit. If the camper is smoked in, $150 will be taken from your deposit.
