2017 Zinger 28' travel trailer. One Slide-out (Living Room). Queen Bed, 2-Bunk bed, 2 fold out beds.~`This is a PET Free / Smoke-Free Camper`~Flat screen tv with surround sound dvd player which can be turned around to either the front or master bedroom, it also has speakers outside so you can enjoy music/radio while lounging around the campsite.***- Brand new Queen Matress and Solar added for 2021! -***The master bed and couch make into full size comfy queen beds and the table and bunks are comfortable doubles. The slideout adds a ton of room to move around. That combined with a good amount of counter space and kitchen amenities make fixing meals easy even if it's raining outside and everyone's inside playing games. The power awning easily increases comfortable living space outside, rain or shine.Flying in / don't have a vehicle?
We will deliver and setup.
- Delivery/setup available- I provide some freshly cleaned linens for the beds. (you may want to bring some additional to supplement, such as sleeping bags and pillows for the kids)
- Some basic cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- RV Toilet Paper.
- Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks
- I'll have enough propane to last you through your whole trip. No additional propane charges
- Coax cable for hooking up television. (Only needed if staying at an RV park which offers cable television.)
- Water hose and regulators for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source.Things TO Bring:

We rented the 2017 Crossroads Zinger for our race weekend in Atomic City. The camper was very clean and well kept. The service we received was exceptional!!! We will be renting from them again!

Our family rented to RV's from Austin rentals. One trailer was fine and the other left a lot to be desired. I must admit, we are very picky, but this trailer wasn't very clean at all. I was told the trailer was totally stocked and only needed to bring food and bedding, but there weren't any utensils for cooking, such as a spatula, tongs, large spoons, etc., and the oven didn't work. We were also told not to use the toilet unless it was absolutely necessary. We paid for a towel package, and all we got was a very dirty dish towel, two old bath towels and two old hand towels. No wash cloths at all. Other than that it was fine. Greg and his family were very nice and the other trailer was clean and stocked very well.
