NO smoking, pets, parties! Seatbelts for 7. Queen bed in back which has been upgraded to a really comfy bed! Double bed over cab. U-shaped table folds down into a double bed. Couch folds down in to a small bed great for toddlers. Lots of storage in the back. Comes with all your kitchen necessities including toaster and coffee pot. Linens can be provided at an extra cost. Marty & Katie were excellent to rent from. They were easy to work with and always available for questions and advice. The RV was in great shape and all worked flawlessly. We had 6 in the RV for a 10 day trip through many western states. Our family really enjoyed the comfy travel to see many sights and visit family and friends. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We had nice rv experience and owner explained everything in detail. RV is pre loded with all necessary utensils. Also, owners are flexible with chekc in , check out times.

We had a fantastic trip to the Black Hills! The RV was just perfect for our family of 5. The Simonson's were very helpful showing us how to use the many features of their very nice RV. It was really easy to drive and use, looking forward to renting it again!

Katie and Marty were available, gave excellent guidance and were very helpful. They provided extra things like a rug, folding table, gas grill, and toaster forks. We had a wonderful camping weekend with our family!
