Clean trailer, in excellent condition, with power awning and hitch, with separate bedroom that is very convenience for small families and friends who like to camp together under one secure roof. Rental fee includes all dishes and small appliances. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Master has queen size bed, table converts to a kids bed, and the sofa converts to a bed. Bathroom with shower stall. Flat screen TV with DVD player and indoor stereo. Good enough fridge in the trailer.

The RV is very new. Everything works well. Please note that there is no generator as listed in the ad. I recommended you bring a toaster, coffeemaker, can opener, outdoor mat and an electric grill or bbq.
The owners are lovely and very accommodating.
