2018 Forest River R-Pod
Welcome to our 2018 Forest River R-Pod! A pet-friendly (for small pet) family trailer that has 2 oversized bunk beds in the front and a u-dinette that folds down into a queen-sized bed. This unit has a slide-out for the fridge, stove, sink, laminated “hard wall” trailer. 2,669 lbs. (dry weight) that’s only 20’ long from hitch to bumper. **Brakes are automatic, with 7 PIN vehicle plug.For pick up and drop off
-Your vehicle MUST have a brake control for trailers which usually comes with a 7 pin plug in. It's a liability for me to rent out my trailer which has brakes, to a vehicle that does not have the proper brake control for trailers.* Must empty black and grey water tank prior to leaving the campground or there will be a charge of $50
*Please fill the propane gas upon return or there will be a charge of $20
* Do not drive with a full water tank, please...Cleaning Fee:
The trailer must be returned as clean as when it was rented or there will be a $50 cleaning fee assessed. If you would like us to clean the trailer, a $50 cleaning fee can be pre-paid at the time of rental.
