Overall great experience. Needs to be cleaned a little better but after all it is camping. Jack needs some work. Only worked while plugged into vehicle power.

Norman's was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond setting up our camper and making sure we were 100% happy, which we were. 10/10 would recommend.
