This 40ft Fifth Wheel has everything you need to make your trip enjoyable.
Master bedroom with queen bed, dresser and closet with washer and dryer combo. Bunk room with a bunk on top and pull out sofa on the bottom. Loft sleeping on top of bunk house. Living area equipped with 2 recliners and a futon, dining table, kitchen island, pantry, residential refrigerator, stove top with oven. TV’s in all rooms, bedroom tv can be moved outside to enjoy as well. Outside mini fridge and sink for your use as well. 50 amp will run both A/C’s, 30 amp will run one A/C and heater. This was our first time going through Outdoorsy, & Jeffrey was an amazing host! Our family enjoyed the trailer from beginning of the trip til the very end. Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with, he was very accommodating and any questions we had, were answered right away. 10/10 recommend!

The hosts were very nice people, but we did have a few problems with the trip. There were a couple outlets that couldn't be used, battery backup was not working, so if the generator was off there was no power after 10 minutes which meant after 10pm we couldn't do anything but go to bed. The master bed needs to be replaced, It didn't look to have been cleaned too well since we found some trash, the awning was broken on one side which didn't help too much when it rained. There should also be some kind of guest book on how to operate the unit. The trailer just looked a bit more worn out then we thought by the photos.
