We had a wonderful trip from Atlanta to the Great Smoky Mountains and then to the east coast to Charleston. Unfortunately we had to take a few detours because of Hurricane Helene, but all in all we were very lucky that we always stayed in the 'right' place and were spared. The van was our faithful companion and safe place.
Jonathan answered our questions promptly; he is competent, reliable, supportive and very friendly.

Our first experience of renting a van and camping throughout 4 states and 2400 miles was made successful, enjoyable and fun in this van. Its a great vehicle and fun to drive and camp in or out of. As first timers, we needed a lot of support and johathan provided that in a very timely and thorough manner. If we had a problem, he was always there with a simple solution and quick response. The pick up and turn in procedure was simple and as indicated. This adventure and experience has us First Timers thinking about when & where for our next van camping trip.

This was my first rental on outdoorsy, and I must say that I was extremely lucky to have had Jonathan as my first host. Very accommodating and great communicator. He explained everything from a to z. I would highly recommend this host and highly recommend his vehicle. It was outstanding with no issues whatsoever. I love that this is not reliant on the grid and is perfect for off grid adventures.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can use the standard Outdoorsy pickup & dropoff times, or I'm generally flexible to adjust on those days to help optimize your itinerary.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Water and electricity are typically adequate for 2-4 days off-grid, or more with use of generator. Connecting to water or external power are extremely simple when needed.
External AC power is recommended in extremely high temperatures to ensure adequate air conditioner battery.
30 gallon water tank is usually filled 1-2X per week.
The portable generator can be run on gasoline OR propane.
