*WE Will Only Rent TO Full Hookups, IF WE Have TO Move Camper TO Dump IT Will BE $250 FEE**We will deliver to some parts of outer banks of nc for at least a $200 charge due to such expensive diesel fuel and time it takes to travel*Our camper is a 2021 Forest River Salem 32Bhds that sleeps 7-8people comfortably. The camper requires 30 AMP service and provides water, power, sewage and cable TV hookups. Additionally, the camper has a power awning with built in speakers and led lights, an outdoor food prep area, fridge, sink, and an underside storage area.
Two doors outside, one leads to main living area and other leads directly to the bathroom for convenience.
The private queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably with 2 storage closets and additional storage under the bed.
The kitchen/living area provides stainless steel appliances: oven, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, gas range and a spacious sink. Features include a large slide out, pantry, large bathroom, 55” TV (typically must use hotspot) and a radio/DVD player that allows for aux cord and Bluetooth hookup for campers to connect their phone. There is also a digital thermostat for controlling the heat and A/C or you have the freedom to open the windows throughout the camper. There is also a fireplace to keep warm and create ambiance. The kitchen table and sofa both convert to beds sleeping two kids a piece or one adult on each fold out
The bunk house includes two large slide-outs (one on each side). Fully expanded, the room opens up to approx 8 feet with two bunks on each slide sleeping 4 campers comfortably. - 5 plates, 5 bowls, and 5 cups are provided along with utensils.

3. $175 delivery and set up fee. (We will deliver the camper to your campground of choice and set it up for you. Campsite must be within 30 miles extra toll money will apply if located on eastern shore).
4. Black and Grey tanks are to be dumped prior to turn in. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Dump Fee. (we will take care of all of this if you chose the extra cost of delivery)
