The bunkhouse will take you wherever you need to go. Whether it's a quick weekend getaway or a 2 week cross-country and back trip, she has you covered. Plenty of sleeping space, TV with a DVD player and an attached sound bar for movie theater like viewing, a spacious refrigerator to hold all of your snacks and drinks and ample storage space for all of your goodies. Upgraded features such as water heater and electric/gas stove top. Special discounts available for longer rentals.Price may vary for different seasons:
January 1st to March 15th: $235/day
March 16th to May 15th: $265/day
May 16th to June 15th: $305/day
June 16th to August 31st: 355/day
September 1st to October 15th: $265/day

🛑 Pets: Pet Cleaning Fee is a one time fee and not a daily fee to allow your furs to join. $75 fee for your doggies to come, certain breeds authorized and on a case by case basis. Sorry, no cats.
🛑 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is noticed, that does include the legal green!
🛑 No festivals or tailgates: Folks can get a little crazy so for your safety, these are off limits.
🛑 Absolutely no towing allowed or authorized.
🛑 No off roading allowed! This unit is not capable of going off road in any capacity, 🛑 You must stay on paved roads and campgrounds. Any evidence in off roading will result in a forfeiture of $1000 security deposit. Dirt roads getting in and out campgrounds is ok.

Very comfortable RV, and with all the features working perfectly. Starlink made all the difference in the stay. It came with a manual and use and the owner was very attentive in delivering it.

Ningchao was a great host, he explained everything perfectly. We had a question the 1st evening out and he responded quickly which we really appreciated. Would rent again!

The refrigerator did not work, the cruise control did not work, the radio did not work, the key that opened the storage outside the unit was previously bent and broke so we could not get to our stuff or empty the tanks and they tried to charge us for that… the queen bed in the back is a 4 inch pad, so it’s not a real queen bed like most RVs. The pick up and drop off experience was easy and communication was good but overall the unit is pretty beat up and not what I would expect for the price we pay… Would not rent from him again at all.
