2022 Forest River Coachmen Apex Nano Off-Grid
Beautifully designed trailer camper complete with cooking appliances (stove and grill), outdoor gear, and prepared for off-grid traveling. Renovated to feel like home with all the comforts.!! This is a premium, fully equipped rental. - Your lovely party of 1-4 people
- Personal gear/clothes
- Food (spices and oils already on-board)## AC - Air Conditioning
The camper has AC but it only works with an electric hookup or a beefy generator (which is not provided as they are expensive and loud). Several fans onboard including three portable fans can be stationed to provide a nice breeze on your body while you sleep.## Heat
The camper does include a furnaces for heating powered by propane which is fully provided onboard without hooked ups. The heater works very well at keeping the cabin warm at night.## Cleaning
Upon your return of the camper we will:
- Empty sewer
- Clean all linens
- Wash your last dishes
- Wipe down all counters and clean floors
It'a all about turn-key so you can have the best, stress-free adventure.## Towing requirements:
If you are towing, your tow vehicle must meet the following requirements:
1. 6,500 lbs or greater tow capacity
2. 500 lbs or greater tongue weight (minus the weight of gear in your trunk)
3. 7-pin connector with break-controller (very important)

Very flexible on both pick-up and drop-off times.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Everything is included in this rental. Instructions on how to hook-up electric, water, and sewage is provided and instructed.
Q.What does the walk-through and learning process of this camper like?
A.
I'll take about 30 minutes to walk through all the features of the camper, including:
- Attach and tow.
- Setup the keg.
- Properly use the water/sink/toilet/showers.
- Setup the projector.
- Best practices while towing.
Q.Do I have to empty sewer tank, clean the camper, fill water, or clean dishes?
A.
No. I'll take care of everything. I'll clean the camper, empty the sewage, fill the tanks, and prepare it for the next customer fully at **no extra charge**.
