The trailer was clean and Aaron was easy to work with when arranging drop off and pick up. However, the lower bunk bed was unusable due to screws / flare nuts that were poking out from the wall.

The pick-up process was seamless, and Aaron was incredibly patient and accommodating, answering all of my numerous questions. Our trip went perfectly with zero issues with the trailer. We had such a wonderful time in our RV. Aaron was super communicative and responsive to all of our questions -- we were first time renters, so this was such a plus!! Aaron was a superb host and we would not only rent from him again, but highly recommend others do as well.
