This is a great family unit with large double bunk beds that can easily sleep up to 4 kids. The queen bedroom has a closet for additional storage and doors for privacy. The U-dinette and couch convert to beds for additional sleeping space . There is clean bedding to accommodate all beds. Will sleep 6 comfortably and could accommodate up to 10. There is a large pantry in the kitchen and a closet by the entrance for extra storage.Cosa è inclusoThe kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal or use the outdoor griddle. Fridge with freezer run on propane or electricity, stove, microwave, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery. The bathroom has fresh linens, shower, sink, and toilet. Air conditioner and heater to keep you comfortable. TV, DVD player and Bluetooth capable radio with speakers inside and out, and power awning with LED lighting. Provided for your use are 2 propane tanks, 4 camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, lantern, outdoor rug, propane firepit, first aid kit, shovel, matches, lighter, and weight distribution hitch. Please make sure all items are accounted for to avoid replacement fees.Altre cose di cui prendere notaI expect renters to have experience pulling and setting up a camper. I ask that you take care of it as you would your own so others can enjoy it just the same. No smoking and no pets. Upon return, empty all tanks, and throw out all your trash to avoid additional fees.
