4.0The trip was great and working with MaryKate was great as well. My only complaint was the TV didn't work. For myself that's OK but my wife had a hard time with not having a TV to sleep, yes she one of them. LoL .. but all in all the experience was delightful. Thank you MaryKate.

5.0MaryKate was great to work with. Communicated when she had a question and responded in a timely manner if I had a question. The trailer was perfect for our camping trip. There was 2 minor issues she reported to us as we picked up the trailer. We had no issues with the trailer at all. We had to return early and MaryKate was there for us to be able to do that which was very nice of her. Thanks, CP
