Pick up & drop off times are by appointment only and are TBD with renter's input. Times for pick up and drop off are between the hours of 9am - 6 pm, unless special arrangements have been made before rental starts. The renter is liable for a $75.00 charge per each 30 minutes late.

The unit smells a bit like mold. You may want to check that the rear bunk area is not leaking. Also, the mattress on the main bed needs more support. Overall a good experience and would do it again, if we come out to CO

The unit we rented for Country Jam was clean, in good shape and everything worked well. The only complaints are that the person setting it up for us didn't seem very knowledgeable about what it entailed. To be fair, though, I'm sure he was somewhat overwhelmed with the amount of units he had to deliver. The only other problem was a lack of flatware, which we solved by buying plasticware.
