This was our first time renting an RV and going glamping. We knew nothing about how to use the RV and they made it so easy to understand. They are very friendly and even said it was ok to text if we had any questions and that no question was a dumb question. I couldn't find the remote and asked; so yes no question is dumb. Will for sure use them again in the future. Thank you again DFW RV Rentals!
