• Please respect as your own
• Please contact me right away if you break down, have questions, or need help with anything.
• If you are pick it up and drop it off please dump the tanks. There are several free dump sights in town. If you return it without dumping it will be an additional charge.
• No Drugs or smoking inside the trailer.
• No pets
• I deep clean after every use, but please clean up your trash, wipe down the counters/stove, and sweep. Leave any used bedding in a pile.
• If it is returned excessively dirty there will be a charge. Excessively dirty includes but not limited to rotten food in refrigerator, foul odors, uncleaned kitchen. Leaving all your trash. Basically if you take it and don't clean up after yourself the whole trip.
• Smelly foods such as fish and bacon need to be cooked with the outside kitchen.
• Don't store generators inside the camper.
• The generator will not run the AC or microwave, you will need plug ins.
• Awning must be retracted when you are away from the trailer.
• You must use the RV toilet paper in the bathroom. Regular TP will clog the system.
• There is an outside shower that is great for cleaning muddy equipment ect.
• I have these rules so everyone including me and my family enjoy the use of the trailer.

Communication with owner was great. He set the trailer up at our home and took it all down. We used the trailer for extra sleeping space and it worked out perfectly. And I would use it again if I needed to. Thanks! Awesome job 👍
