Here we have our 2023 Winnebago Minnie 2301bhs travel trailer. This trailer is ready to go and has everything you need for your time away with family and friends. With plenty of sleeping space for up to 6 people, you’ll have everything you need to have a fun time.Inside you have all the amenities you might need, kitchen, full bathroom, fridge, tv and audio entertainment, and relaxing space.Outside you’ll have some great comforts as well, with an outdoor cooking area, mini fridge, sink, and outdoor shower, you won’t even have to go inside if you don’t want to.Delivery, setup, and pickup available for addition charge. • Do not place anything on the RV roof unless it has been approved by host. This may cause severe unseen damage if not done properly. You will automatically forfeit your deposit plus you will be responsible for damages.
• Please only use the awning when there is no wind and only use if you are physically under it. Awnings blow off easy and will cost between $2,000 -$5,000 to replace.
• Do not physically hang on the awning or hang items off the awning
• No Smoking and no Vaping (If smoke smell detected we will deduct $500 from your deposit to remove odor.)
• Follow the renters guide and return the RV clean. Please pickup after yourself accordingly. Charges will be assessed if RV is not left picked up.
• The RV is HIGHER than a normal vehicle. Watch out for tree's and low structures. DO NOT go through drive-thrus and DO NOT enter any area that has a clearance lower than 12 feet. This will cause significant damage to the RV. You will be responsible for damages.Enjoy yourselves and be safe!
