Driver’s License: Proof of a valid driver’s license or International Driver's Permit is required for all renters.Age Requirement
Renters must be 25 years or older.Security Deposit
Security Deposit must match your Insurance Package Deductible with a minimum of $750. Alternatively, guests who book through our Wheelbase Pro website through Outdoorsy can reduce their refundable security deposit down to $750 no matter the Insurance Package selected. We use the same Insurance Packages as Outdoorsy. There is another option, please inquire for more.Please Note: This is a campervan experience, not a hotel stay. If you don’t enjoy camping, being in the heat, or working with limited electricity, this may not be the right fit for you. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the camping lifestyle during your trip.Other Policies:
- Unlimited miles are included with your rental
- No late check-outs
- Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in as early as 7am is available for a $50 fee

Gigi and Matthew were great! Friendly, quick to respond and helpful with the van and places to stay. Unfortunately the a/c doesn’t work so this really impacted our trip. Everything else about the van is good. Comfortable, spacious. We are a family of 5 and it suited us really well (just hot!)
