Drop off Time: 11amStep into your gateway to adventure with our spacious 2016 Forest River Forester 3171DS. This incredible Class C bunkhouse sleeps up to 10 people with 6 different sleeping areas!!! It has 2 queens, 2 double jack knife sofa's, a twin bunk & a dinette that converts to a bed. It is the perfect RV for beginners as well as experienced RVers. It’s easy to drive, easy to control, very spacious AND it comes equipped with essentials you will need for an amazing trip(check full list of what's included). Fred the "Forester" is equipped with 3 TV's, both indoor and outdoor speaker systems to get the party going! Let Fred take you on your next big adventure!Please contact us for any special requirements or needs prior to booking and we would be more than happy to assist in any way possible. We will work with you to make sure your trip is enjoyable!________
*Festivals or tailgating plans must be pre-approved by host prior to reservation. NO Burning MAN OR Similar Events Allowed. (Vehicle is equipped w/GPS monitoring for safety and security.)
*NO smoking or vaping inside; violators forfeit deposit.
*NO Towing Allowed, NO Exceptions.
*Max 2 dogs allowed; undisclosed pets incur a $250 deduction. Renter responsible for pet damages. (No other types of pets allowed)
*Discuss trip extensions with the host at least 24 hours before the trip ends. Approval is at the owner's discretion. Review the Agreement for accurate rental details. Failure to return on time w/o prior approval will incur extra rental charges & inconvenience fees for the next renter.
*Any missing or damaged amenities will be subject to charges once post trip inspection has been completed.
*Excessive dirt, mud, or any other form of heavy soiling may incur a cleaning fee of up to $500.
