A well-equipped kitchen complete with essential conveniences awaits you. Linens and bedding are available for an extra charge, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
- Perfect accommodations for a family of 6-8.
- The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed enhanced with a cooling gel memory foam topper.
- Main living area features a jack-knife bed (ideal for 2 little campers) and a theater sofa (does not pull out).
- Bunk House: Full Size bunks, designed to accommodate 4 individuals
- The kitchen is fully equipped with essential indoor and outdoor cookware and utensils. Experience outdoor cooking on the electric griddle and George Forman grill provided. Unwind beneath the expansive awning. Please note that there is no table within the interior; however, we have opted for additional seating, and the table can be located underneath the master bed! Yes, that's right, you have the flexibility to move it as per your convenience (please keep the table inside the trailer, also it is not to be cooked on).
- For longer stays at campsites, we provide a convenient detachable black tank, eliminating the need to re-hitch the trailer solely for the purpose of emptying the black and gray water tanks.Altre cose di cui prendere nota-Pets are not allowed.
-No smoking.
-To avoid cleaning fee, please remove all trash, wash and put away used dishes, remove all perishables from refrigerator, wipe down counters, table tops, sweep, knock out rugs and pile dirty linens
-Cleaning fee increases if camping near lake or beach and if trailer is not cleaned thoroughly.
-To avoid dumping fee we ask that holding tanks are returned to empty (for renters without deliver option). A dumping and cleaning fee can be assessed if this is not completed.

Very nice RV! Plenty of room to sleep. Loved that the shower was big too, most are so small. The whole process was easy peasy. Would definitely recommend the Marcum’s.
