2022 Keystone RV Bullet Premier Ultra Lite
Welcome to our home away from home. You will find all the comforts of home packed into our travel trailer. Why?? Because it is our home on the road. We use it to travel with our son as he bass fishes all around the country. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
From our separate master bedroom, spacious bathroom, cozy fireplace, outdoor entertainment area, dual ac units, tankless hot water heater, and so much more. You will definitely have everything you need. We have an extra air mattress in the camper. Propane use is included in the nightly rental fee. Cosa è inclusoFresh linens (bed sheets and pillow cases), paper products, vacuum and cleaning supplies, as well as the kitchen essentials are provided. We also have a counter top ice maker, Keurig, toaster. We have a few games in case of unfavorable weather. You will have all the comforts of home in our camper. Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.
No animals allowed!
Our Keystone must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in. Please take out all the trash, sweep all floors, and remove your food, except the staples provided. Post-trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, Etc. Extra cleaning will be charged against your security deposit.
Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to extensively photograph/video record the RV, both inside and out, before and after the rental so that you have your own record of the condition of the vehicle before and after the trip. Be aware of all overhead obstructions. Damages to the roof and its components can be very expensive.
Drop off is 9-10 am and Pick up is 4-5 pm, we are flexible if pre-arranged ahead of time.
NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the RV, including CANNABIS and their odors. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of $300 from your security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation. We must be contacted before doing any repairs on the RV for any reimbursements to be considered.
There will be a Late Fee of $50/HR for every hour the camper is not returned by the pre-arranged return time. Over 4 hours $500 deposit is forfeited.
