RV RULES :• Absolutely NO SMOKING in RV. A $350 fee will be applied.
• Any pungent ODORS, left in the motorhome that requires a deep clean will result in an additional cleaning fee charged by the hour.
• RV must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to avoid cleaning fees. Cleaning will be charge by the hour (see fee schedule in rental agreement).
• Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages.
• NO off-roading. Off-roading is the activity of driving or riding in a vehicle on unpaved surfaces such as sand, gravel, riverbeds, mud, snow, rocks, and other natural terrains.
• Towing is NOT allowed and is not covered by insurance.
• Travel to Mexico is NOT permitted.
• Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures.
• We love pets, but due to renters' allergies, they're NOT ALLOWED. A deep cleaning fee will be applied.
• Renter is responsible for any monies due beyond the deposit.
• In the event of an insurance claim, a transportation fee for transporting the RV to and from the repair shop and an insurance claim fee will apply.
• RV is equipped with GPS tracking, any tampering with the device will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Any attempt to tamper with generator hours or odometer miles will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Restricted Areas and events, Burning Man Festival, Black Rock Desert, or any dry lake beds.
• A credit card processing fee of $2.95% will be charged back to the renter for all post-trip fees.
• RV’s are not winterized, during winter months a separate winter rental advisory notice will need to be signed.
• Pick up and Drop off time are between 9am-2pm, late pick ups or drop offs will be charged the hourly rate of $85.00.
• Festivals/special events must have prior approval. If RV is taken without consent renter agrees to forfeit their security deposit, pay applicable fees, which included but
are not limited to festival cleaning fees, maintenance fees and festival nightly rates.
• NO refund will be given for prepaid services or add ons.
