Visit Amish Country in Lancaster, PA. Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 snug. There are L shaped quad bunks in the back bedroom with a sliding door and access to the half bath. In the main area you'll find a fold out sofa and a dinette conversion (2 kids each/1-2 adults each). The main bedroom has a walk around queen bed. There are two AC units and a refrigerator with freezer. This unit has **1 Full bath w/ shower and 1 Half bath**. Outside you'll find a second kitchen with two burner stove and mini fridge. Enjoy meals outside under the large power awning. Tow with ease using the back up camera and anti-sway tow system. We have an Echo brake adapter available if needed. Two propane tanks and two batteries. Delivery may be available to limited areas around Lancaster city, weekday delivery is only available in the evenings. Cosa è inclusoFRAGRANCE FREE UNIT. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Bookings must be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We can deliver to the Lancaster County area-- but it must be an evening delivery. This may require renter to have an additional night at the location of choice. Please check with us to arrange. Your tow vehicle must be a 250/2500 or higher with a 10,000lb or more rated hitch. We have a anti-sway system which MUST be used if you move the trailer. Our max delivery range is 40 miles.
Q.What is provided, what should renters bring?
A.
Basic pans & dishes, camping chairs, tank additive, starter supply of TP & paper products will be inside the trailer. Sheet and blanket for each bed- Request additional if needed.
Towels, Cleaning products, broom/dust pan, vacuum, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Bring your personal items and your pillows.
Q.Return Cleaning
A.
The travel trailer must be returned clean or you will be assessed a $100 cleaning fee. Dishes done, broom clean, wipe down counters/sinks/shower. Please empty fridge/freezer and wipe out if there are any spills. Place all used linens into the shower. Remove all trash. The tanks MUST BE EMPTIED AND FLUSHED prior to return or you will be charged a $200 dump fee. If you have purchased delivery, the set up and empty/disconnect of tanks will be included for you.
Q.How is the travel trailer cleaned?
A.
We use unscented, non toxic products. Linens are washed with BioKleen unscented powder and high heat. Please DO NOT use any cleaning supplies other than those located inside the travel trailer. Please DO NOT spray any deodorizers, fragrances, burn candles, incense, oils, etc... Inside the trailer you will find Happy Camper which is the only additive allowed for the black and grey tanks. When we clean between guests, we use steam sterilization and hospital grade hydrogen peroxide products.
