Rental includes a fitted sheet.Room enough to store large rolling suitcases under the bedKitchen includes 31 quart refrigerator, hand pump sink, counter, kitchen cabinet, fold out kitchen table, and 2 burner Coleman stove included (16 oz propane fuel canister not included)
