Our family has been camping for many years. We have camped throughout the Southeast US and even in Tennessee. We can offer practical advice for beginning campers and we would even love to learn something new from other more experienced campers. Our family prefers state parks because of the seclusion and feeling one with nature but we respect that other campers prefer 'resort' campgrounds with lots of activities and amenities.
Camping has become an increasingly popular pastime, year round, but especially in Spring and Fall...so it's never too early to book your reservation. Camping is a relaxing and affordable option for 'vacation' destinations near and far....

This 2022 Open Rangef travel trailer is roomy and super clean. It can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a camper queen , 2 oversize bunks, a dinette table that folds into a bed and a sofa that folds out into a bed. The dinette / sofa slide helps make the unit spacious.
This RV is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable getaway, whether it is a short weekend or a longer stay. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, glassware, flatware, dishes and cups, cooking utensils, as well as pots and pans are all stocked in the unit. There’s also a 5 cup coffee pot, a Brita water pitcher, a toaster, hand mixer and small waffle iron
For outside there is an outside kitche with small frig.
There are 2 bag chairs, a frisbee, sidewalk chalk, and a bocce ball game as well.
For rainy days inside, there are DVDs for a portable dvd player that can be attached to the TV, playing cards, puzzles, and kids games, as well as Kids books and coloring books too!
Electric front leveling jack and electric awning.
Water filter attached to water supply line.
There is an outside shower
Delivery and Set Up options available .

3. Most fees listed are PENALTY FEES that will be applied to the renter's account if the unit fails return inspection. All renters required to clean the unit before departure to avoid cleaning fee
4. Renters must read, agree to all terms and accept the Owner Rental Agreement prior to the start of the reservation to avoid Penalty Fees. Renter's must read & initial info in camper binder in unit
5. Flexible drop off times. Pick up 30-45 minutes prior to checkout time if in a campground to avoid po additional park fee to renter .
$100.00 to 25 miles & $200 after 25 miles. owner sets limit

4Communication and accommodations for drop off and pick up were very good. I really appreciated it. The trailer was not clean like the previous year, and needed some additional cleaning at the start of trip. Otherwise we didn’t have any problems. Overall good experience.
