Our brand new, fully stocked 2025 Jayco awaits your next camping adventure! A great way to make memories with friends and family while disconnecting from the outside world and focusing on each other.Easy to tow! This RV can be pulled from any full size SUV and some mid size SUVs. Any 1/2 ton truck (F-150, 1500, Tundra, etc.) or larger will pull it with ease. Always check your vehicles tow rating, 6,000lbs or above and you’re ready to go! Brake controller required.Delivery is always an option should you need it. Setup is included with delivery. Standard delivery is in a 25mi radius of Austin and of course Cota for all events.This bunkhouse model is perfect for a couple or a family as it features many sleeping options. The master bedroom features an upgraded 8in queen mattress, two full sized bunk beds (600lb max on each), a collapsible dinette and a lay down couch. In total it can sleep up to 8 campers comfortably.We think cleanliness is important so all beds are equipped with a mattress protector that is sanitized with the fresh linens between each stay.The full kitchen provides a spacious fridge with separate freezer, gas range with oven combo and a double sink. We offer tons of amenities here standard where others will charge you extra. Check the "What's included" sections as well as the amenities list for a full breakdown.Another standard feature in this rental is that the main area and bedroom have 32in smart TVs installed! Both TVs are also connected to a powered cable antenna on the roof (just in case your Wi-Fi is down). Will also include a random assortment of indoor family games as well.Large upgraded AC/heat with central ducting will keep this RV cool even in the triple digit heat.The RV is complete with a full bathroom including tub/shower combo. Upgraded handheld shower head with plenty of hose. Outdoor shower is also provided. We will supply you soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all standard with this rental. Both showers have access to instant hot water by utilizing the propane tankless water heater.Most importantly, there is a bluetooth speaker system installed inside and outside the RV. Outside speakers are located underneath the 16ft powered awning where most of the memories are made. • All drivers must be Outdoorsy verified!
• Proper towing equipment is required at all times when this RV is in tow.
• If damage is found in the RV, the owner will fairy price repairs (+ $50 service fee for each item if not reported after checkout).
• Any missing products including with the RV rental, the owner will fairy price replacement (+ $50 service fee for each item if not reported after checkout).
• The dumping of gray and black tanks IS NOT included in this rental. We encourage all campers to dump their own tanks, detailed instructions are inside the RV binder. The dumping fee will depend on your rental site conditions. If there is a dump station present on site, dump fee will be $75, if missing dump fee will be $125.
• If either the gray or black tank is clogged by neglect, there will be a $500 charge.
• Late fee will applied if you are late for discussed drop off time, up to $50 and/or cancellation if over 2 hours late.
• Absolutely no other pet types other than dogs allowed. Violation will result in $250 charge.
• There will be a guide book provided in the unit should you have questions or should an unexpected situation arise. Additionally there will be contact information for anything else not listed.

We greatly enjoyed our five-night stay in the 2025 Jayco Jay Flight while attending the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix 2024 at the Circuit of the Americas. Christina and crew delivered the trailer promptly to the Lot N campground at COTA and set it up quickly. We had plenty of parking space for two vehicles plus the trailer in the 40x20 spot. The trailer has great A/C and a great Bluetooth stereo both inside and out. Everything was working perfectly. Beds were super comfortable. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
There certainly is, we will provide you with a guide book inside the unit to help address the common items you need to know about. As well as other situations you may not have considered such as bad weather, dumping tanks, etc.
Q.Is the dumping of the black and/or gray tanks included?
A.
We encourage campers to dump their own waste. This service is typically not included with rentals and is not included with this rental. We are happy to help explain the process based on your site conditions. It is also best to know what hookups are offered on your rental site or what services the campground offers ahead of time. The dump fee will vary based on your site conditions if the tanks are not empty at the time of check out.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexibility can be accommodated, please select which you prefer in the "add-on" section and message us on what times you are looking to change. The only requirement with the optional "add-on" is that it must be during daylight hours for insurance purposes.
Q.What are the requirements when towing this travel trailer?
A.
This unit has a max weight rating of 6000 pounds and hitch weight of 500 pounds. Your tow vehicle must be rated for both. It is also required you have a brake controller and to utilize our weight distribution hitch (add-on). That's it! We will help you to make any other adjustments during the pickup.
