Get ready for a whole lot of memories being made when you have this trailer at the campgrounds! From the kids telling stories at night while they sleep on the bunks in the rear bunkhouse with door to you relaxing on the reclining sofa and U-shaped dinette. And the slide out gives you more floor space! The full bathroom has an interior and exterior entry for convenience, and the inside kitchen offers full amenities while the outside kitchen gives you more choices when cooking for everyone. You will also appreciate privacy in the front bedroom with dual access, two wardrobes and windows for views of the sceneryCosa è inclusoKitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster. Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of $4.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.RaccomandazioniRenters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 37ft camper with 2 slides , you need a minimum of 38 foot campsite. Our Family loves to camp, we have enjoyed camping over the years in the mountains of WV; Summersville Lake, WV and Cave Run Lake, KY. Now we enjoy camping by the ocean with our children! We hope you take the time to relax and enjoy with your family as well. Area campgrounds have something for everyone. We hope you enjoy our camper as much as we do!

We were told not to use the toilet at all to avoid filling the black tank up. This is understandable for a multi-day stay however the RV showed up to is with the black tank already 2/3 full. That is not fair to us. We paid to use the full RV and paid the dumping fee. It made the weekend more difficult than needed with two young kids.

A three star review is rather disappointing. With questions from the renter we had a discussion regarding the grey tank filling quickly with hand washing, washing dishes, showers, etc. As the site was not a full hook up, we were asked if there was anything they needed to do to make sure the tanks didn't fill. The normal discussion - use the bathhouse when you can and there is an outdoor hose for use to rinse sand, etc. At no point was there any mention to not use the toilet at all. Also, any RV owner knows that the sensors don't work correctly for the black tank as there is often residue or waste buildup that makes them read full or partially full when they are not. The renter had our personal phone numbers for any questions or concerns and never once reached out to inquire. The unit was cleaned thoroughly before the rental and the tanks were flushed repeatedly to make sure there would be no issues over the 3 day weekend. At the end of the rental we were told everything was good and they had a good time. So the review is surprising.
