The jacks at the front and back of the camper are only to keep the camper stable not for leveling the camper.

Excellent experience. The camper was delivered and picked up right on schedule. The people were friendly and kind. The camper was stocked with plenty of essentials. It was clean and perfect for our little family of 4.
