It has air conditioning, heat, a hot shower and a toilet at your full expense. Perfect for our Indy 500 weekend!

With Jesse's help, my family had a blast during the Memorial Day weekend at the Indy500. Jesse is so nice, and he's a great communicator and teacher. He is very thorough. The was clean and up to date. We lacked nothing. 4 adults slept comfortably, but I would argue that it could fit a couple more, especially if you have kids. There is a lot of storage and shelves for essentials. My only gripe was having to give it back 😅
