Brand new and we deliver / set up / pickup for you at your campsite or outside your home as a mother in law space for the weekend or longer.Rv is to be delivered by owner only. Only instant book if you would like the rv delivered to your location by the owner.If further than 50 miles from newport, please contact owner before instant booking.Spacious, comfortable, sleek and modern with a great kitchen complete with deep, farmhouse sink, quality cabinets, large fridge, plenty of counter space. This unit will sleep up to 8 and has a private master with pocket sliding door. The dining area is comfortable and inviting and converts to a double bed. There are two double bunks and a couch that also folds out to another full bed. Large shower and bathroom for glamping comforts. We have instructional for all rv related items for ease too.Fully stocked! All basic bedding, dishes, utensils, towels, pot and pan cutting board, lines for 4-6 people will be provided with the rv to useTons of storage and awning with led lighting for evenings outside. Power stabilizing jacks and 200 watts of solar upgrades are added for ease of camping! We are positive you will find this a lovely rv to vacation in!Can tow and setup within 41 miles of Coastal Newport, OR for your ease too! 10 miles are included in the $180 fee. An additional $8 will be added per mile beyond 10140 fee for black/ grey tank dump fee at end of trip if no sewer hookup.We do allow small pets, under 30 pounds with owner approval. Hi there! There are 2 of us and we love to travel and explore without having to sleep on the ground. We enjoy hiking, sightseeing and snowboarding. Most recently the RV has taken us to Las Vegas where Elvis officiated our wedding. From there the rv has explored Utah, AZ, and Cali before heading back home to coastal Oregon!! We also have a Soy candle business based in Newport Oregon too!

Great trailer. Clean and perfect for our get away. Adam was great. It was awesome to get to the campsite with the trailer set up and ready to go. Stress free trailer camping. Newport is a great destination.

We were not pleased that we weren't informed that the awning was broken, there was no oven, and no TV. All of which were listed in the amenities when I booked the trailer, this has since been updated and Adam wasn't aware of the oven and TV being listed.
