The open-concept living area is made possible because of the two slides that have been included in this trailer giving you the space you need to gather together with the family each night for dinner, and the double bunk beds and queen-size bed in the front, private bedroom allow this unit to sleep nine people once the evening has come to an end. Because this trailer comes with two entry/exit doors, you can directly enter the rear bathroom so that you can get back to enjoying your outdoor adventure quicker.
2 Slide outs for extra space for large living area. Delivery available please message for details. Queen size master bedroom sleeps 2... table turns into bed and sleep 2... and there's a set of Full bunk beds for children or adults under 300 pounds. Privacy curtain for bunk beds. Comfortable couch turns into a bed. Comes with coffee maker, Toaster. Bluetooth capabilities with sound System. Electric Awning, and Electric stabilizer jacks. Outside kitchen. Private bedroom with pocket style door. No bedding provided.
Camping Off Grid (no hookups) may require additional fees.
The trailer is expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which you receive it. If you don't return it in the condition in which it is received an additional $120 cleaning fee will be added.

NO Smoking Policy There is NO Smoking in any of the RV rentals. If the RV is returned with any kind of smoking odor or other evidence of smoking, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and/or repair.
Equipment Malfunction Policy Items such as the A/C, coffee maker, awning, radio, DVD player, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you.
RV Damage Policy If the RV and/or the contents in the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If your RV is equipped with awnings, please note: the RV awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately. At checkout, Coyote RV Rentals will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.
Cleaning Policy You are required to do a basic clean up at the end of your stay (including dumping the tanks). The RV must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card. Our fee to dump tanks is $100. The fee to do a standard cleaning (if the RV is not returned cleaned) is $120. Excessive cleaning will require additional charges.

We love to camp! In fact we have been doing so for years at any opportunity possible. With so many beautiful and inviting sites around us, from a beach to a mountain, we love it all! Nature is just incredible. There is something about the fresh air, the trees, a campfire, stories and family, especially family, that keeps us longing for another camping trip, over and over. Sleeping in tents is rough, we've been there plenty of times. We found that tent camping kept some members of our own family from joining us. Who can blame them? We obtained more vehicles for the purpose of including more family. We have grown enough to extend them out to you.
