2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultimate
This Kodiak Ultimate will be the ultimate travel companion on your next adventure. At 34ft long, and two slide outs, this RV will fit in most, if not all RV sites. The main living area features two spacious cozy recliners, a crystal-clear television, electric fireplace, indoor/outdoor entertainment system with an AM/FM radio and Bluetooth capabilities. Whether you're cooking indoors, grilling or just sitting around the campfire outdoors, you can listen to your favorite tunes anywhere.The kitchen has a propane powered stove with 3 burners, an oven, a microwave, and a stainless-steel refrigerator and freezer. Basic cooking essentials will be provided, and a coffee station will be fully stocked to fuel your adventures.The bedroom has a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and 2 wardrobes. The bathroom has a nice shower and will be equipped with clean towels and other hygienic essentials. There is extra storage in the outside compartments. The large awning is perfect for keeping you cool on warm, sunny days. Please do not use awning if the weather is too windy or if there is an extensive amount of rain. Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

I will give a thorough rundown of how to set up the electric, water and sewage during the walk-through.
If you opt for the delivery option, everything will be hooked up and ready to go for your enjoyment.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
During the walk-through, I will show you how everything operates. If you have any complications during your stay, please reach out ASAP so that we can resolve the matter.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There will be a 1 hour grace period for pick-up and drop-off. If you are going to be late picking up, please message us so that we can make arrangements. If we don't receive a notification and the 1 hour grace period has expired, we will cancel your rental. Drop-off will have a 1 hour grace period as well. If delivered after the grace period expires, you will be charged for another night.
