Only 2.9 miles from our location is Rainbow Roundup Trout Ranch, which offers designated campsites with full hookups as well as a dump station. Easy fishing and access! If returned empty, a fee will be assessed.A brake controller is required per Colorado law.The top of the ball for the receiver needs to be 23" to 24" off the ground.Both the gray and black water tanks must be emptied prior to return, or a fee will be assessed.You will receive the trailer with a full fresh water tank if needed.The TV/DVD player will not run without the use of a generator (unless hooked to a power source at campground, etc). Generator is not included but can be for an additional fee ($50/day for the first two days. If you choose to smoke outside, please be sure to do so away from open windows.Please note and respect any fire restrictions wherever you may be camping. Easy pickup and dropoff. This camper tows like a dream. Comfortable beds and a great interior layout for our family of 3. We had a fun weekend!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If delivery is selected, I am unable to deliver or pick up Monday-Friday until evening times due to FT job.
If personally picking up, you may do so Monday-Friday after 4:00pm. Weekends, any time is available for pick up.
Drop off is available any time Sunday-Saturday.
