The van is fully equipped, we have missed absolutely nothing. Everything worked well, and Quennel has helped immediately with any open questions during the trip. So we felt 100% safe in every minute of our trip. Absolutely outstanding!

Booking has been fantastic from the beginning. Quennel has been such a nice person to rent a van from. It was our 1st van rental and he made himself 100% available at any given time to answer every questions we could have (even before the booking was initiated, or while we were on the road).
We had a little issue with the battery during the trip, but Quennel tried his best to help us during the rental.
The van himself had everything you could need inside and the mattress was great for sleeping.
We highly recommend booking with Q Campervans!

During our three-week roadtrip through the national parks of British Columbia and Alberta, we were happy to call Big Blue our home. It's an easy to drive, reliable van that's comfortable to sleep in and still fits in Canadian parking spaces. Communication with Quennel was great as he responded immediately to our questions. We had the best possible time. The van is fantastically equipped with lots of helpful details (sockets in various places, dimmable leds, induction hob, gorgeous bed, bin,...) and cosy like a living room. Since the car is self-sufficient, we never had any stress about overnight stays and it also saved us money. The communication before and during the rental was optimal, we got answers immediately and Quennel was always helpful.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I have a delivery charge which is 0-20 km costing $4/km and 20-50 km costing $6/km, minimum fee of $50. I usually do pick-up and drop off at Moody Centre Skytrain Station in Port Moody.
Q.Will there be a complete walk-through/training on how to operate the van?
A.
Yes! Upon pick-up, a complete front-to-back walkthrough and training will occur. There doesn't have to be any uncertainty and all questions are welcomed!
