This is super family friendly! Delivery Only- we set up for you! King bed in front bedroom, Couch makes into a queen bed, table makes into an additional bed. There is also a set of triple bunks (full size) that are on a power-lift system (300 lb limit). FYI- Bottom bunk is basically a mattress on the floor though. Could sleep 9-11 depending on kids sizes etc. but comfortably 6-8. Power awning, auto jack leveling system. Fridge, microwave, stove, oven. 50 amp service. Dual ACs, heat. Bluetooth speakers playing indoors or outdoors, TV.NO Pets please! Absolutely no smoking in RV, that’s a hard smell to get out, appreciate your cooperation!Age minimum is 25. 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends.You won’t be disappointed! Great travel trailer!We also have a kayak available for rent if needed.
Cosa è inclusoBedding for King bed and sheets for two bunks is included. Pillows are NOT included. You will need to bring any additional bedding. Stocked with coffee pot, Bath Towels, Dish Towels, Dish/Hand soap, Trash Bags, Toilet paper, Paper Towels. You will need to bring any cooking-ware/dishes/utensils that you need. There are a few plates, bowls, and cups in there though.RaccomandazioniWe love the East Campground at Lake Lawtonka! Large sites, full hookups! It is first come, first serve though.
