This is a great little 22' camper that is 1/2 ton towable and easy to pull. This can fit into smaller spots, but still has enough size for comfort. This 2022 camper sleeps 6 comfortably. Two double bunk beds in the back, one queen bed up front, with table in the middle. Kitchen has a sink, stove top, gas/electric fridge/freezer, and microwave. Propane powered hot water heater and electric/propane furnace if needed. Dual propane tanks with a heavy duty generator tray above. Bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Power awning on the entry side. Power tongue jack up front. Flatscreen Smart TV with DVD player and antenna is always included. This unit is fully stocked and includes linens, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and camping chairs. This is set up with 30 amp service and has an adapter for 50 amp. There is a propane generator available upon request that will run the A/C and lights. If you are camping by water, take advantage of the kayak rental option. There are two, one-person kayaks available for rent if you would like to have some fun on the water. I will deliver everything for a fee. We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting Trevor's trailer RV this past weekend! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The trailer was spotless and well-maintained, making our trip so much more enjoyable.
