I’ve been Airstreaming in OBX since I was born, so I may be biased, but this is the best way to experience OBX! If you’re looking for close proximity to the beach and amenities, such as a pool and hot tub, but don’t want to break the bank or need an entire cottage, this is for you!There are 10+ campgrounds in OBX (see recommendations for our favorites). You book the campsite and we’ll drop off and pick up the airstream for your stay. Don’t worry - we’ll get you all set up so you can relax and enjoy upon arrival! We got married in 2019 and started traveling full-time a month later, as I work remote and my wife is a travel RN. We love pups and craft beer. We are expecting twins in spring 2022 so we decided to buy a house in the Outer Banks and settle down. My grandparents had their Airstream in Rodanthe when I was growing up, and summers camping in OBX were the absolute highlight of my childhood and my fondest memories with the people I love the most. We now have a beach house so someone should enjoy the Airstream at the beach while we’re busy taking care of two babies. Thanks for supporting our diaper fund ☺️

My wife and I are exploring purchasing an Airstream so we thought what better way to experience one than to rent one at the beach. Augusta was great. She recommended a great campground, delivered and set up the RV on site, and was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns after she departed.
